Low and behold Jonathan Demme, director of Silence of the Lambs and Philadelphia, made a documentary about Jimmy Carter. How about that? From his involvment with Habitat for Humanity, to the far reaching humanitarian work of the Carter Center, to his diplomatic efforts in the middle east, and the fact that he taught Sunday school into his 70’s, I don’t know how anyone couldn’t love this guy…
